We all want our pets to look neat and smell good. Grooming is a great way to get this result, however there is a lot more to grooming then just having a pretty looking pet.

Why is regular grooming important?

Grooming can help keep away potential health conditions for both family members and your pets, which will also save you money in the long run. Dander and other particles that gather in your pets coat can cause allergies for both your pet and those living in your home. Regularly grooming your pet will help keep these irritants to a minimum leaving you to breathe a little easier. Removing the dead hairs from your pet’s coat will leave clean, healthy hair behind.

Our Grooming Services

Here at Animal Talk we offer a full grooming spa; you can leave your pet with us knowing it is in good hands. We will listen to your wishes and can even add extras such as ribbons, bows, bandannas and doggy polish.

We offer a shed less process, which will help keep your pets shedding manageable. All dead or loose hair is removed via a hydro surge bath then a high velocity dryer is used on top of hair manipulation. Your pet will come out looking fluffy and smelling pretty.

We also have a full line of medicated shampoos for pets that may have sensitive skin or for those that have allergies and need special shampoos. Medicated shampoos can help reduce the effects of seasonal allergies and are often times part of the treatment that Dr. Lucas recommends.

Animal Talk has an experienced groomer that will pamper your pet all while taking the time to be gentle and loving. Our groomer, Amanda, has been a groomer/pet stylist for 17 years. Amanda was introduced to grooming at a young age. She grew up watching and learning from her mother who has been a groomer/pet stylist for over 50 years. Amanda enjoyed watching and learning from her mother and knew that it was the career for her. She loves getting to know your pets and treats them like family. Come by and see her today!
