Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. We even offer drop off appointments to help work with your schedule. These appointments, as long as the pet is in stable condition, will be seen as our veterinarians have time between our scheduled appointments.
We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty 6 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has. We are also available for emergencies outside of normal business hours.. Emergencies can be things such as ingestion of something that is toxic, hit by car, dog fight, or your pet just not being themselves. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call or come in immediately**. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency. If the emergency is after hours, please call 636-332-5900 and follow the prompts to page the on call veterinarian.
